His Excellency Ambassador LUKUMWENA NSENDA presented his letters of credence to the Emperor of Japan on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Congo to Japan, marking the official start of his mandate.

Thus, HE LUKUMWENA NSENDA expressed during this ceremony, the DRC’s commitment to strengthening the relations of friendship and cooperation between Japan and the DRC. 
It should be noted that HE LUKUMWENA NSENDA brings with him a wealth of experience, knowledge of Japan and an unwavering commitment to the interests of the DRC, as well as the promotion of bilateral relations between our nation and Japan.
